If you’ve purchased a product from our DLUX Aesthetics or Guiya Minerals range, you may be eligible for an exchange if the item is found to be faulty. Please note, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.

For treatments and services, if you’re not fully satisfied with your result, we’re happy to arrange a complimentary follow-up appointment to address your concerns. Refunds are not provided for services.
